Eggington's in Casper, Wyoming, is my go-to for breakfast and lunch. I'm always so impressed by the quality of their ingredients and the sheer quantity of food you get, especially for such a great price. Beyond the delicious and filling meals, I also love the welcoming atmosphere and the consistently friendly, attentive service. It's truly a fantastic dining experience all around.

Visiting Casper for a week, went back a second time as it was so good. Great tasting eggs (weirdly better than average), bacon was solid, great toast, pancakes. Excellent Belgium waffles. Service was fast and friend on both trips. Very effective staff at turning over tables, and worth the wait.

This place is well worth it's rating. They make their own whipped cream from scratch. We had the eggs benedict and Triple Berry pancakes they were amazing the staff and atmosphere is also very good

Just wanted to say Thank you!!! Pulled Eggingtons on maps and didn't know what to expect, but it was WAAAAY over the top. Not only was the breakfast so appealing just to look at, but it was just wonderful. The staff were all busy, and our waiter was so attentive and took care of us from top to bottom. Couldn't say thank you enough!!!
