Wow! Took a chance while is Casper on vacation and went to FireRock. Great place for a great sophisticated, but down to earth dining experience. It was very busy when we arrived, but didn't have to wait for a table very long. Once seated, it did take a while for the waiter to arrive, but we could see that he was very busy and he did stop at our table to apologize and explain the delay in getting our app/drink orders. Really nice service and atmosphere. The food was fine, but I did expect better. Steak was well cooked, but no seasoning. The Au Poivre sauce was bland and watery. I will absolutely be back and give it another chance. I think I just caught them on an off night.
