For 37 dollars I shouldnt get burnt bacon for that price on all our burgers. 5 guys is going down hill. I would have never served burnt bacon to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic! At first I was thrown off by the price of the food but considering add-ons are free its not hard to make it worth the money. Even just a simple burger with onions and bacon tastes like it was made with love and care. Definitely worth it!!

Easy to order. Food is always hot and fresh. The kids love to eat the peanuts while they wait for food. Love their new Coke machines where you can create your own drinks. Love that they have vinegar to eat with the fries. Yummy!!
Don't come here if you need lunch quick or warm. I ordered online, came into the store shortly after I ordered went to the counter and told them I was here and my name. It was busy so I was being patient. I saw them put a bag up on the warmer and nobody called anything. Little did I know that was my bag. So after being there for 30 minutes I went back up and told a different person who I was and I'm looking for an order she turns grabs the bag and says oh yeah it's been here you could've taken it, it doesn't need fries. How am I supposed to know to reach over the counter and grab a bag on the warmer. Just a shitty system, this is common that's why I try to avoid ordering in person and waiting forever.
