They also are so knowledgeable and help you create the perfect vision for your big day. All the flavors were mouth watering and our guests all loved every dessert! After a miss communication on our wedding cake I was so disappointed. Seeing others 5 star reviews I was shocked how incredibly poor the owner answered to my complaint. The only way I got her to call me was to write a very bad review. However after I wrote the review she did reach out to me. Refunded half the price. What is even more wild is they did an absolutely amazing job on my business cake and cupcakes not even 2 weeks later. I would give them another chance in the future if I needed to.

Frosted Tops is 100% recommended for weddings or gatherings of any size that need a stellar dessert. Kirsten was fantastic from the time my wife and I sat down with her to do the cake tasting for our wedding, to the day of and her eye for display and decoration. Each and every flavor we tasted impressed us, and it was difficult to narrow down our choices. Kirsten helped walk us through the entire process, and we knew we were leaving the best part of the wedding reception in very capable hands. You can't go wrong with Frosted Tops!

Call for an order of just plain frosted donuts for a baby shower. Was told they would call me back after talking to the owner never received a phone call, so finally called them back and was told they will not do the orders. Highly recommend a different company if you’re looking at getting Donuts for any kind of event.

I could not be more happy with the birthday cake that Frosted Tops created. I asked for chocolate cake with vanilla icing with the stipulation that it had to be pretty, and to be creative. The cake they provided was perfect for my request and my wife was very pleased with her birthday cake! The cake taste amazing also! Thank you so much!

Very very disappointed paid almost $800 for 3 tier cake. Was SUPPOSED to have roses, and border etc. It was just a white cake with bride and groom on top, I gave one star for the bride and groom, because they were cute, but thats ALL that waa done to it! SO plain was the rest of the cake , very heart breaking for this special day. I was also told she would bring a box for the top layer for the couple, we did not receive that either. So just telling everyone to research, and get more options before you commit to spending that much money and be upset that you didn't get what was discussed and paid in advance

I haven't been to Frosted Tops in a while but I went in today and purchased some of the cupcakes since I was walking by the smell of fresh baked cupcakes drew me in. The Coworker behind the counter was very friendly, helpful and made great suggestions regarding the cupcakes, I can't remember what kind I bought but I decided to give in and purchased 6 different cupcakes that were delicious. ? I don't know the name of this employee but may the owners please let her know how wonderful she is and that she is a great member of the team. The owners and rest of staff are wonderful also. to the Owners for the staff member to highly praise her for today all I can remember is she has dark hair and wears glasses. Please Give her lots of Praise.
We got our wedding desserts through Frosted Tops and we loved everything! We got our wedding cake, cupcakes, decorated cookies, and macarons from them. Our guests loved them! The cookies were absolutely stunning and the macarons were definitely a favorite! We loved working with Kirsten and she made our vision come true! Thank you so much for creating beautiful and tasty wedding treats for us! :)
