Had to wait 5 minutes before someone took my order, even though there was no one else in the place. Was given the wrong burger, all the food was cold. You would expect hot food considering there was nobody in the restaurant and no one was in the drive thru. Old fries and napkins all over the floor, only half the sodas worked, ordered the raspberry pie things and was told they didn't have any after they brought the food.

Workers were outside smoking, than sneered while shaking their heads at me for pulling in. I sat at the window for 5 minutes before the lady even approached with drinks, and had to wait another 15 minutes for the food. The fries were not fresh either.

The girl taking orders was a snooty a****** it took him 10 minutes to get me one biscuits and gravy and then they messed up the order had to go back in and when I went back in the girl had her back to me the entire time on her phone there's three people working there and only two of them are paying attention never going to go

After being denied at the other hardees in Casper we came to this location. It definitely looked run down but the food was fresh and amazing. Will be seeing this location again.

Dirty not very well kept up. Tables weren't wiped off. Bathroom smelt horrible and strong oder of urine.

I stopped here to get dinner. The Lobby was absolutely filthy, the only Soda that worked was Cherry Coke. I shrugged that off, but I should have left right then and there. Service was ok at first, they have the same person taking orders in store and drive thru though. I got my order placed, it was made, then I waited, and waited, and waited. For some reason they ignored the in store orders and only took care of the drive thru. I ended up just leaving. I won't be going back. They need to bulldoze the building and start over.

Went here with a group of 8 and it was empty as two people just left. We ordered our food it had taken them 15-20 minutes to prepare the food. We recieved the food and not one item was hot. Complained to the on-site manager and she did remake one hamburger and gave us new fries. She was kinda rude about the situation and was upset that we Complained about the cold food.I will not be returning here ever again.

Spent 20 plus Dollars on two Sandwiches, fries and a drink. Fries were cold and chewy, Sandwiches were luke warm and the wait for our food was ridiculous for only three others in the store and two cars in drive -thru. Not to mention the cashier with huge hickeys all over her neck was rude. It's been at least ten years since we ate Hardee's, thought we would try it again.... disgusting
