Went one evening because the drive thru line was wrapped around a couple of competitors. They hadno ice cream and looked like only 2 people working. The young lady took our order and was friendly and proffesional. The food was great. The area was dark and seemed a little run down but the food was good and the service was good.

I used to work at Hardee's in Utah when I was young, loved the place as did all my friends. I saw this one when I was driving through Casper and was excited since Utah locations closed years ago. Anyways I went in, chairs and tables put away or cordoned off due to covid restrictions. Bought a mushroom burger and hot ham and cheese, both were good, the fries were cold and wilted, not very flavorful. Overall the appearance of this location was horrid. Dirty, sticky floors in...

I like Hardee's but it seems like this location is just lethargic. Food is lukewarm at best and you would think with just one car in the drive through the order would be correct. This place has gone down hill it needs a revival and a reason to care in the product again.
