Our very favorite restaurant in Casper. Amazing hand-crafted food, wonderful staff and very nice, comfortable building. Hokkaido is a Wyoming treasure!

Absolutely amazing! This was our second time eating here. First just my husband and I. Second time we brought our little kids. They have NICE highchairs which was perfect for my baby! The server and staff were above and beyond sweet with my toddler and baby. Went out of there way to make them feel special. Then one of the servers daughter came out and shared candy and toys and played with my little girl. Everyone was so kind and the food was INCREDIBLE. Both kids eat adult portions of the food. 5 stars all around! ⭐️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We live across town from Hokkaido, but our delivery order showed up quick and hot on a Friday evening. The ramen portions are very generous! We tried the pork tonkatsu and spicy beef- both were amazing! We also ordered xiaolongbao, which are delicious, and the miso soup was teen-approved. I appreciate that the ramen is customizable for heat and ingredients. I can't wait to try more menu items!!

Got a seafood pizza special. Suppose to have shrimp scallops octopus seafood salad... was 90% baby octopus that were way to tough. Barely any imitation crab salad and like barely shrimp or scallop.
After seeing their health inspection report won't be back any time soon.

Wow!!!!! Excellent Ramen by even a large city standard. Very good service and served us without complaint even when we arrived within 20 minutes of closing (we got out right as they closed!). Superb spot well worth a visit.

Top notch ramen. Much better than I would have ever anticipated atmosphere. Price's are hard to beat. Just blowing through Casper on a road trip, I would never have guessed such a ramen-gem was here.
Parking: The parking lot is in need of repair/paint, however there is plenty of 'as you see fit' parking around the restaurant's perimeter.

This place has gotten so much better since it opened. The Tantanman Ramen is incredible. Yaki Udon is also a very solid choice. Their sushi is good for a landlocked state. Hard to beat!

I have never had a poor experience here. We are always seated quickly. Table and restaurant are clean. Staff is quick and friendly. We most often get sushi or ramen. My personal favorites are the black dragon roll and the crazy boy roll.

Incredible restaurant for ramen, sushi, udon noodles pork buns and fried rice. We enjoyed the ramen and Kobe beef udon noodles. Both were delicious. They have an impressive selection of sake and beer too. The service was excellent. Highly recommended!
