That was the first thing I noticed. All the tables were filthy dirty. The side of the ice machine has mold and dead bugs on it. I should’ve taken a photo.

Elizabeth deserves a raise! When I walked it at 3:00PM, she was the only employee up front. She greeted me and continued to help the gentleman who was already being served. AGAIN. She was the only employee there. I understand this time of day means an impending shift change, but this is why this young woman deserves a rave and a raise.I verbally acknowledged that she was the only one working before starting my order. By the time I am being rang up, three more workers suddenly appear, and one of them, a woman, has the AUDACITY to say "I was wondering where you went, Elizabeth!", as if Elizabeth wasn't the only employee actually doing her job.II'll say it again; Elizabeth deserves a raise. Management needs to hire a whole new staff, and put Elizabeth on the fast track for supervision. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT.

Staff was incredibly rude and slow. We were the only people in the restaurant when we ordered and after a mini rush were some of the last to get our food. When I asked the staff to please check on it sandwiches the woman was incredibly rude. The lady beside me was also commenting on the service. The man at the register had no idea what he was doing. This is the second time in a row we have had bad service. Two weekends ago they served me a tuna salad that was inedible. A glob of mayo with so little tuna you couldn’t even tell what it was. We will no longer give this establishment our business.

I went to the one on CY and it was probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had but I went to this one and the onions Tasted like they have been sitting out for three whole days and the bread was stale and I asked for them to cover it In Vinegar and they didn’t put any on it at all and honestly I had no idea bad food could ruin my mood so much till now

For my first time to any jetsey mikes, this will also be my last time ever going to this place.This Place was gross, trash was not taken out, there was blood all over the women restroom no tables where clean, as well as the floor. When we got there this was no one in the store. So no need for the store to not be clean. Staff was very rude and would not clean the tables.

This is the first and the last time I ever eat at a Jersey Mike’s! The worst place I’ve ever walked into! Had it not been for traveling through with little kids that were so excited to get out of their car seats, and the fact that it was so cold outside, I would have just walked back out! It was so dirty, not a corn table or chair to be found. When I asked the worker for a rag to clean one to sit at, she just simply handed it to me. Didn’t even offer to do it, or apologize for having to do it myself. There were 4 visible workers, and one customer inside when I got there, so there’s no reason for it to be that bad! The garbage can was so full, that it was falling on the floor. The men’s bathroom had throw up all over the sink, and the women’s bathroom was equally disgusting as it had blood all over the seat. I just can’t believe the condition of the entire establishment! No thanks Jersey Mike’s! I’m sick to any other sandwich shop!

Traveling through and stopped here. This place was filthy, not a single table was clean we asked if they could clean one and they handed us a rag. The restrooms were even more disgusting vomit was all over the men's so was unwilling to use the facility's. There was only one other person in the restaurant so did not see a reason staff could not do some cleaning.

Quality went downhill while prices went up. Smelled bad inside today, people that came in 5 minutes after me got their sandwiches before I did (same sandwiches - #56). And over $15 for a sandwich that is smaller than they used to be, a bag of chips mostly filled with air, and a regular drink - I'm still hungry and have to go get a burger now too - I won't be going back anymore unless it's a last resort. Asking for a tip on top of that price is ridiculous too BTW...a tip for what exactly? Pay your employees more if it's a paycheck thing, we are already paying $15 for a sandwich that isn't big enough to fill a guy up.

Absolutely ridiculously slow. It took over 45 minutes inside to get our sandwiches. There were 3 people in front of us. We got one sandwich and they proceeded to make 15 others instead of just completing our order. How and why do you put the drive through orders ahead of someone who's already ordered?? Then after standing there with ONE SANDWICH for 15 minutes one guy was going to make the sandwich for the guy BEHIND US!? Like could you not see us?? You really need to reevaluate your process. There wasn't an apology for the wait or any sense of acknowledgment. We will not be back.
