This place is always terrible, and terribly slow. There is zero concern from management about taking care of customers, and it shows. You will wait forever for your sandwich, and you'll be lucky if they even talk to you behind the counter. Today their cash register is down, but instead of explaining that, they just stared at me and walked away. Finally after 5 minutes I asked somebody how I was supposed to pay. Meanwhile, the manager is chatting away with employees at the tables and playing around. There's 5 small tables total in the store, and two are taken up by employees not caring about customers. I work near here, and there's a reason that I seldom come here. There's also a reason that when I do come here, multiple employees ask me if I'm hiring, because they're tired of management here.

Severely understaffed!! The workers are fine but 3 people for DoorDash, drive thru, and in the store-for all sandwich prep and customer facing, is absurd! People walked in, saw the line, and walked out. Managers failing their workers and customers miserably!!

I don’t typically have an issue when I order online, the most I’ve ever waited is maybe 10 minutes but today I ordered at 12:08 and got there at 12:23 when the app said my order would be done. Everyone else was acknowledged and asked who they were picking up for except for me. I was not acknowledged until 12:40 and finally received my mini sub at 12:47 meanwhile I watched people come in a good 30 minutes or longer after my order was placed and they were taken care of quickly and were out the door. Also employees are handling receipts and the register, not changing gloves and going right back to making sandwiches.
