Pre-ordered 5 sandwiches before opening for 11:45 pickup time. Arrived early, they were working on order. They finished at a few minutes late (no big deal) As the guy grabbed the bag, he took it to the back of the store as I stared at him! I walked to the back and the manager asked my name, confirmed the order was mine, then went to make sure the employee announced a name before sticking on shelf in the future. Food was excellent as always. Very clean on customer side inside store too.

Like your sandwiches my favorite is the #15 tuna. In the last month and a half I have tried to get the tune sandwich 4 times 3 times I was told you were out of tuna. Today you were out of bread. Are you going out of business.

There's not very much room in there to be able to order your food and wait for your food and other people eating their food they're usually out of whatever you want say you want a BLT their out of the bee the L and the person just before you got the rest of the tea

Very slow and inconsistent . I Have placed orders in line and the store was closed when I went to pick up the food, so I won’t order online anymore. I have been in to order twice and the were out of turkey or roast beef.

My husband and I just ordered an Italian sandwich the bread was dried out lettuce was limp over all not good. We threw it away.

I ordered the spicy italian several weeks ago was pretty sick the the next 2 days food poison symptoms ill never go to this location again food isnt fresh the staff isnt clean. This location needs better management 2 make these changes.

Staff ignored the details of my order. I got home before discovering this and ended up throwing away my meal without eating.
Worst service ever from a JJ. Sat in drive through waiting to order for 10 minutes, pickup behind me left, car in front picked up order, i was still waiting. Gave up, parked went inside to order. I told guy at counter about drive through, no apology just asked what i wanted to order. I ordered, then it was his idea to ask if I wanted to add this or that to add to my order. Obvious he was messing with me. While waiting he was smirking and joking with people making the sandwiches. Waited several more minutes, then told me they ran out of bacon. Eventually got the sandwiches and guy said sorry we ran out of bacon man. Looked like a prison crew working there. Will NEVER go there again and hope we don’t get sick.

I love the food but they are SLOW and almost always out of something. It gets frustrating when you only have so long for a lunch break but end up going hungry when it takes over an hour to get your food. Hopefully they can figure something out soon.

I'd like a free meal or a refund. Every Friday it seems there out of bread around 7pm. I ordered a sandwich on the app. Had my friend pick it up for me as i was at work. They made me a wrap a very large but small wrap. I ordered a Giant sandwich With some extra and they stuffed all of it in one wrap. I can't not eat this thing as it's falling apart. I just want my money back or a free sandwich
