Very friendly and courteous staff...tbh, not used to getting this kind of service in Casper (has been awhile). Food was great as well, nice atmosphere for a chain like this. I knew they had a Jimmy John's in Casper, but hadn't been to it. I like this location better than the one in Cheyenne. Will be back. They had a vegetarian option.

Pre-ordered 5 sandwiches before opening for 11:45 pickup time. Arrived early, they were working on order. They finished at a few minutes late (no big deal) As the guy grabbed the bag, he took it to the back of the store as I stared at him! I walked to the back and the manager asked my name, confirmed the order was mine, then went to make sure the employee announced a name before sticking on shelf in the future. Food was excellent as always. Very clean on customer side inside...

I was so amazed in my experience in Casper at Jimmy John’s-I’ve been there every single night for the last week. I come here to work and I’m often out of town for work and visit many Jimmy John’s. This one has been the best experience I’ve ever had-reflecting on last night-5/24I was having a situation, and these young men and manager on duty so kind, and so concerned that I was having a good experience, I had to write this review.
