Had awful service and didn’t even get seated. I won’t be back!
We sat and waited to be seated for over 10 minutes, continuously ignored as we waited and then the minute someone walked in behind us they were greeted and sat. Walked out after that.

The servers and the owner are wonderful and so friendly. They will go above and beyond to make sure your meal is satisfactory. We have always had a good experience. Fast service and the food is delicious!

The entire 2 hours we were here the hosts were rude to other guests, complaining and making fun of guests. Our server was non existent until it came to time to give us a check. We waited an hour and a half for food, we got cold mac and cheese and cold grilled cheese witch ment it was probably ready and sat until they remebered there was a table. There were tables all around us who were seated well after us and got their food way faster the one right across from us had burgers, those take way longer then mac and cheese and a grilled cheese. We scarfed it down in 10 mins because my kids were starving and spent the remaining 20 mins waiting to pay, where we were walked by about 10 times. No I didn't speak to a manager I had to be somewhere at the same time I finally was acknowledged needing to pay and wasn't going to wait another hour. Something has got to change here it's always a mess, and so disorganized no one seams to have a set job or the training to do it.

Cute, nostalgic 50's, 60's diner. Prices VERY reasonable. The simple hamburger was extremely delicious!!!

First time traveling thru. Very good food. Lilly at front counter was excellent. She multitaxed and was very polite with a very busy resturant all the while apologizing for the delays. Also very clean and nostalgic.

This used to be my favorite restaurant but after tonight I don't know if I will go back. This was a very disappointing experience for my family and I. We waited for almost 2 hours to get our food for our party of 5 (we sat at our table at 6:40 and did not get our food until 8:30), and when the food came out we did not get everything we ordered and it was extremely undercooked. Multiple parties came in after us, got their food, paid and left while we were still sitting there waiting for our food. The manager did pay for our table and we are appreciative of that, however it was still and unacceptable amount of time to wait, especially for our food to come out cold, undercooked, and missing things. I am giving a 3 star review in hopes that the owner can get better help and get this turned around.

Food was alright, but came out wrong and steak was severely undercooked, waited for over an hour and a half for food to be served , was told multiple time should be only a couple more minutes, plenty of other party’s came in ordered got their food and paid before our food was out. HORRIBLE service will not come again . The owner did come to our table and apologized and took care of our meal but after tonight I hope whatever happened was properly taken care of and the restaurant improves from it.

We have been here a few times to give them a chance and each time it has been crap. This evening I ordered the Elvis Presley burger and the burger was burnt and so dry it sucked the saliva from my mouth, my wife had the chicken dinner and her chicken had been fried to nothing with lumpy raw mashed potatoe. We've added this establishment to let's give that a miss list.
