Always a wonderful place to go with friends and family! Great food! Always crowded on the weekends till 3pm to be expected! Wish they cooked their eggs more. Over medium comes over easy every time. Water tastes like it's from the faucet! Booths are too small get a center table if you want breathing room. Friendly staff!

I love Johnny J’s and if you haven’t had the pleasure of dining there, give them a try. I’ve ordered food from there for over 20 years and today I ordered egg Salad sandwich on rye with no lettuce and a side of cottage cheese. I cannot eat lettuce and typically order the chips or cottage cheese. Amanda, who took my order, brought out my to go order and there was coleslaw, which again I cannot digest. Instead of her saying ‘no problem’ and exchanging it with cottage cheese...

In past visits I was happy with my food, but this time not so much. I ordered the pot roast and it was dry, seemed old, and wasn't seasoned. The mashed potatoes were just potato. The gravy was lacking seasoning and smelled off.. My side salad was good, and my waitress was friendly and patient.
