Discovered Lilacs and Lavender Tea Room when I was looking for a yummy sandwich place. I'm so glad too, had a great, quiet lunch with delicious food. I tried the London Fog and the Roast Beef sandwich with side salad. Great food, great prices, and extremely friendly service. I can't wait to return and take my girls next time.

Love the pot of London fog tea. The baked goods were okay but not wonderful. Our lunch consisted of a handful of greens with dressing and the sandwich had breaded chicken that was a frozen cutlet. It was not the lunch I had expected, especially because it had always been such an amazing experience with the prior owners. I may try it again another time... I am hoping they up their game. The atmosphere is adorable. The yard could be better maintained out front, as it is in an older home which is part Of the charm.
