we ordered 2 pizzas and some wings. they were burnt, tasted like they’d been sitting in the warmer for 3 hours, and while we were waiting mind you we ordered an hour ahead, they made us pull around front and wait 30 minutes and the guy just told us he forgot. How do you forget you have a customer waiting out front? And both the managers were being flat out rude. Nothing but issues with this location. They’re all too high to understand what’s going on.

9 dollars for a plain pepperoni Pizza now... You can't out pizza the hut, the place for a dollar more you get 3x the quality and double the pepperoni. 5$ H&R was the best, but over 5 years it's nearly doubled, while the quality has improved, it's not enough to justify the price

It was an awful experience. Bad enough I reported it all to corporate. The squeal of the oven rollers as I waited was terrible. They did one thing on our order of 4 so I had to wait longer. The girl told us customers sitting there that every time she asked the manager for help he threw things and had a fit so he was in the office. There were ZERO hot and ready pizzas, had a customer walk out from that. On our order of 4 things they forgot the garlic butters they charged $3 for. By the time I got the food the first pizza they had done was mostly dead. Pretty sad experience.

Came here today and got 3 lunch specials. All of my pizzas were burnt to the point they weren’t even edible. Will not be coming back. Tried to call the store and they said I’d need a receipt which I didn’t take because we paid cash!

This place sucks, I got a pizza for my son, it was old, wasn't cut even, the prices suck now, all around, don't go there anymore!! There employees don't even wear gloves when making pizzas.. time to call the health department on them, and food was old warm like it was sitting there for hours !! Time to hold the owner accountable i just bought my pizza mar, 29 2025 do yesterday!! This place needs to be shut down, or replace your 12 year old cooks that have no clue how to cook a pizza and be clean about it!! At this point , might get a lawyer. Because this was more than once, but yesterday, I had enough!!! I'm calling the health department, and filing to get my money back for all the times it almost made me sick, and bad service !! Barry you better try to fix this, or you will pay !!!!

The "hot and ready" pepperoni pizza was ready, but not very hot and definitely not fresh. It has to have been sitting there for over an hour. It was actually downright bad. Like if I was going to give it a rating between 1 and 10, it would be a 2 or 3. The only bright point was that the young woman who served me was wonderful - so happy and friendly and pretty. But even a delightful person like her can make up for such bad pizza.

Ordered a deep dish the guy that came at the window was all sweaty wiping the sweat fr his forehead I had paid already tossed it in the garbage. Didnt want 2 eat a pizza with sweat drops in it.
