My husband went in to pick up our order and after 25 min of waiting, he finally went to the counter again, after the 3rd time, and asked when our order would be ready. The young lady then went to the pizza warmer and realized the order had been there for at least ten min under 2 more orders of food! So now overly cooked food and terrible customer service. ?

The new Little Caesars Pizza Puff deals are definitely what's up. I just wish I got the two garlic butter cups with my order. The puffs were good but the two garlic butter cups would have made it so much better. Overall, I'm happy with my order minus the two garlic cups that were missing, but I digress.

I've always went to the one on 2nd street. But after Thursday I will never go there. All the employees there were not do a service to the customer's. And when I told them my order wasn't right I got nothing but disrespect. The one gal had the never to say not kind words. As a customer I was disrespected. I can't believe that not one of them tried to make it right. I will be reporting them all.

The lady that was taking orders was very quit I couldn’t hear her and they messed up our first pizza that took more than 10 minutes, then the second time they made our pizza they were messing around in the back and took more than 20 minutes for the second one.

Called and ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni ($9.49 on menu), asked to skip the pepperoni on one half and instead get extra cheese on that half. Told me my total was almost $16, what? Said it was because of extra cheese on one half of the pizza. $6 for extra cheese on half a pizza that I removed pepperoni off of? Needless to say I cancelled and will not return.

Be careful if you use a credit/debit card! I went in last night and used the tap card on the machine, and the kid said it didn't go through and I had to insert my chip card. I did, and he said that I was all set and he gave me my receipt. Tonight, I was looking at my transactions on my banking app, I noticed that I was charged twice for my pizza! Maybe some scamming going on?? Again, be careful if you use a card there!

Normally the food is spot on. But today not only was it no where near what I PAID FOR and ordered, the employee wanted to give attitude back.
