Just had a mess up with the app this morning, where they took the money out of my bank account and the app glitched and gave me a receipt before I picked up the food. I went in to explain the situation and hopefully get my order for me and my family, and the lady at the counter began to raise her voice at me! She was very rude, trying to explain to me how money works as if I didn’t know. Once I told her she was being rude and I didn’t appreciate it, she yelled to the rest of the store that I was a “scammer” and to “go scam someone else”! I now have a 15 dollar charge from McDonald’s, no food from that store, and good customer service/warm food from Burger King.
EDIT: I just got an email from the McDonalds app, stating they issued a refund to my account for “never showing up”. Very thankful the app did its grace and gave me my refund after realizing the order was never picked up, but will never forgive the way I was treated this morning. It was absolutely disgusting the way I was accused of theft from their employee, and will not be going back anytime soon. Thank you, Burger King, for your great service in these times!

Staff are very nice and friendly. Great food, fin for the kids in the playroom. I absolutely love their chicken nuggets, especially with the sweet and sour sauce! And I'm picky when it comes to chicken nuggets.

Just went through the drive through and the employee at 1 window look like he has never washed his hands very gross.
You can’t send every customer in the drive-thru to a pick-up lane. Especially on weekends. That is your busiest time. Nobody should have to wait on an orange juice..? That is just lack of preparation and a managerial error.

Mcdonald's what more can be said? The American staple.... This specific McDonald's actually does very well. When it's busy they get stuff out quickly and efficiently. I never spend more than 5 minutes in their drive-thru lunch or dinner. That's even if the line is long. Everybody here is very nice and it's right in the center of everything.

LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE. i’m tired of these places in casper not having good food or service.
