This is probably the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The wait times are out of this world for something as simple as a sweet tea. Wasting my life away in this line. Probably should fire them all and start fresh

Stop by here on our way home from a road trip to Northern Wyoming. We were waiting in line instead of using the digital order kiosks. Some lady was trying to use a coupon or something and it wasn't working and nobody knew what to do. We ended up using the digital kiosk because it was taking so long. Food was okay. Not enough salt on the fries and my quarter pounder with cheese had about 4 lb of mayo on it.

Good food besides it took 15 minutes for a burger pack. Workers need to pick up their feet for it to be fast food: edit genuinely fix your workers attitudes and work ethic

Food is normal staff Is slow and don't care about their jobs always just bullshitting rather then worrying about getting sutomers out faster. By far the slowest mcdonalds in the country I'm sure. 2 drive thrus yet they only take orders one at a time anyways kinda defeats the purpose can order 1 combo meal and you're waiting in the drive thru for an hour

Just had a mess up with the app this morning, where they took the money out of my bank account and the app glitched and gave me a receipt before I picked up the food. I went in to explain the situation and hopefully get my order for me and my family, and the lady at the counter began to raise her voice at me! She was very rude, trying to explain to me how money works as if I didn’t know. Once I told her she was being rude and I didn’t appreciate it, she yelled to the rest of the store that I was a “scammer” and to “go scam someone else”! I now have a 15 dollar charge from McDonald’s, no food from that store, and good customer service/warm food from Burger King.
EDIT: I just got an email from the McDonalds app, stating they issued a refund to my account for “never showing up”. Very thankful the app did its grace and gave me my refund after realizing the order was never picked up, but will never forgive the way I was treated this morning. It was absolutely disgusting the way I was accused of theft from their employee, and will not be going back anytime soon. Thank you, Burger King, for your great service in these times!

Staff are very nice and friendly. Great food, fin for the kids in the playroom. I absolutely love their chicken nuggets, especially with the sweet and sour sauce! And I'm picky when it comes to chicken nuggets.
