I would just like to apologize to the worker who smiled and made my morning brighter. I'm sorry that your manager disrespected and berated you for talking with me while waiting for the order to be made. To the rude manager at westside McDonald's. Yelling and berating your workers in front of a paying customer is very disrespectful and rude and I hope that you learn to treat your team with more respect.
Their ice cream machine is often not working, and that is to be expected at all McDonald’s, but the last straw was today. Wanted to order an ice cream cone for my daughter‘s birthday, and they let me order it and even let me pay for it at the next window, but when we went to the pick up window they apologized and said that their machine was broken but we can have one of their other desserts, but since all the other desserts were more expensive, will have to give them more...read full review
Rant: Westside McDonalds. I stopped there this morning because it’s close to my husbands work and I wanted to get him a nice hot coffee. I thought what the heck I will add an order of donut sticks for my toddler. There was no body else in line. I order and pay, no issues.
