Waited in the drive through for ten minutes, eventually went in. Employees were all sitting down behind the counter and treated me like I was inconveniencing them when I ordered. Awful service, not returning to this location.

I love metro, my wife and I get it weekly. However, the hours here on Google are inaccurate. It shows they open at 7 on Saturdays, but they are open at 8:00. Every time I suggest an edit through the Google listing, nothing happens.

I love their coffee and beverage choices! I had a London Fog this time and requested lavender be added. It was perfect for a cool morning! My only wish is that they had more tables/areas to work with a laptop. But the mismatched chairs are comfy and the artwork by Bri Martin is very enjoyable. A few Gluten free options would also be a great addition, but not necessary!

I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses wherever possible. That being said, this was my first time in Wyoming. I stumbled across Metro coffee on Facebook, and couldn't wait to try it. The customer service was not what I expected, with just a simple Hi, as I entered. From the time I ordered until I got my drink, not one of the employees spoke to me as I waited. I guess I was just expecting a little more enthusiasm from the staff, especially being the only customer in the place.
On a high point, I ordered a blended Metro mud. My drink was beyond amazing from the first sip until the last.

Overall, it is a good coffee shop. Their baked goods are okay in a pinch. The scones are not traditional scones... More like sweetened flatbread. To-go box was Styrofoam. Good selection of coffee and drink options. Really young staff which impacts customer service.

I came in early morning and ordered a black and tan, with a jalepeno sausage bagel. The coffee was great. The bagel was ok, but I don’t expect to have a 5 star meal at a coffee shop. The location is big and comfortable. With ample space for much more people than were there when I visited. I’ll be back!

I like the coffee and their bagel sandwiches are great (just like the downtown location). If forced to choose, I prefer the downtown location because the seating there is better and the WiFi at this location is inconsistent which means I can't study here.
