He made the entire process feel effortless, and I felt completely at ease knowing we were in such capable hands. The food? Incredible. The passed hors d’oeuvres were a huge hit — every bite was delicious and beautifully presented. Our guests raved about the ceviche, the caprese chicken, and especially the steak with that unforgettable chimichurri sauce. It was absolutely to die for! And the bar service from The Drinkery was just as impressive. The staff was friendly, professional, and always had a smile on their faces. Drinks were made quickly (and perfectly!), and the entire bar team helped keep the energy high and the service flowing seamlessly all night long. I truly can’t recommend Cory and his team enough. We will admit we are HIGHLY disappointed in the Easter Buffet. We had high expectations from a catering company, but unfortunately this was the equivalent of a complementary hotel breakfast.

The breakfast potatoes were the same as hotel, the cheese omelets were the same as what you buy in the box at Walmart, the biscuits were hard and not fresh, the mac-n-cheese was velvetta out of the box, the prime rib was dry/overcooked, cooked days ago.

We had family come in for this from out of town, we spoke highly of this establishment and catering only to be let down - on top of it, it upset everyone stomach. This is not what we expected from this company.

Highly disappointing, especially for what we were charged.

Was very excited to try the Easter Buffet but it didn’t live up to my expectations.

Pros: The staff was pleasant, atmosphere was nice. Nice cheese selection. Bakery items were good. Ranch dressing very tasty.

Cons: Most of the hot foods were dry and overcooked and not well seasoned to include eggs, potatoes, ham and prime rib. Disappointing.
Drinks were served in a plastic glass and coffee in a paper cup. Not a downside for many just my own personal dislike.

Cost for 3 adults and 2 children was just under $200.00 which included a 20% gratuity that was already added to the bill. This was a self serve buffet except for bar service.

Definite potential just fell short of my expectations.

Our family of six went here for Easter brunch. The venue was beautiful and the atmosphere elegant—perfect for a holiday meal. The presentation and waitstaff were great, but the food didn’t live up to the $35 per person price tag. It was a serve-yourself buffet with nothing memorable or really homemade. The desserts were basic, seemingly store-bought cookies, and the breakfast potatoes were the only item that stood out—in a bad way.

This was my third visit, and my thoughts remain the same: the setting is lovely, but the food is consistently mediocre. A 20% gratuity was automatically added, even though service was limited to drinks and one quick check-in, which felt excessive. We likely won’t return unless invited to an event—it’s worth a visit for the venue alone, but not the food. Personally, I’d rather wait in line at Eggington’s for a homemade, unique meal that’s truly worth it.

We look forward to Easter and Mother's Day brunch at Cory's Eatery every year! It is a great experience, with delicious food and even better service.

I was disappointed to see plastic plates and cups. It felt very cheap and insensitive to the environment. I feel like the least they could do is wash and reuse dishes to decrease the environmental impact while making me feel like I was dining in a classy restaurant. Food was incredible but the dish ware was flimsy and felt cheap.

Cory's Eatery does not disappoint when it comes to food. His bruches are top of the line and always a enjoyable experience.

The venue is an option to consider for private functions and parties.

We were there for the Sweetheart Buffet on Valentine's Day. The food was absolutely delicious! I wish the salad bar portion of the buffet was available everyday. Haven't had a salad bar that good in Casper in many years. Service was fantastic. Definitely recommend!

Our Valentine's Day buffet was one of our top overall dining experiences since we came to Casper, Wyoming 10 years ago. Cory and his staff were well prepared and organized. The food choices were extensive, the presentation classy, and the quality of the food was excellent. With the large number of people participating, the food table never went empty. They promptly replenished which helped keep wait time in line to a minimum. The service staff were very courteous, polite, and very attentive.
