We were on vacation and our hotel fell through and we were starving and it was 11:00. At night our server bent over backwards and made sure that our dinner was most pleasurable. Our daughter is on the spectrum and she made sure the kitchen followed special dietary needs too .

Old Chicago Casper has good food and excellent service. The atmosphere can be a little noisy and make conversation difficult. On this particular visit Lauren has fantastic service and even though her section was full was right on top of taking care of us as usual.
Dietary restrictions: My wife is celiac and usually orders their gluten-reduced cauliflower crust pizza and hasn't had any issues with it. My Celiac daughter usually gets the naked, bone-in wings and a side salad and hasn't had issues either.

The staff was very tentative as my friend is in a wheelchair. Our meal was delicious and we decided to order a pizza to go. Our waitress was happy which made our experience great.
Parking: I was driving a small public transportation bus with a handicap lift. Parked in the last row. Easy entering parking lot and exiting.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is on the sidewalk near the building.

Honestly, this place is only good if you’re an alcoholic! The food sucks, and so does the service. They closed to remodel, yet the benches are all cracked and uncomfortable. This is why we haven’t been in for ten years, and why we’ll NEVER go back. Cold food, and they serve mashed potatoes from a BOX!!! ? Expectation verse reality pictured. It made me mad that they re-made my meal after I said that I didn’t even want it. Manager cared more about the tv than anything.
