Me and my husband had our first date at this Old Chicago and we came in tonight to do our gender reveal with appetizers and our waitress Kaitlynn V. helped make it so special and was absolutely amazing!!

Our server was really nice at first, and the restaurant messes up our order TWICE, it being the complete wrong order AND RAW. When we ask for a refund they are super rude and completely just disregards what we’re saying. The server then proceeds to say “next time just don’t order those”. And tries to invalidate what we KNOW we were eating, and she even stated what we knew we’re eating before. We just felt like they didn’t really care about our experience, and didn’t really try to fix it. THEY STILL MADE US PAY FOR DRINKS WE DIDNT EVEN DRINK.

Our server was so sweet and funny. I got the gluten free crust and it was delicious and flavorful didn't taste like mushy cauliflower like some gf crusts.
All the employees smoke dabs outside the back door, the managers are nothing but jokes especially when all they do is sit on their phones

Lauren was the best server I've had in a long road trip across the USA. She was friendly and engaging. The chicken wings I had as an appetizer were some of the freshest meat I've had in quite some time. Very delicious. My main course was a little slow coming out but was very good, Chicken Alfredo with toast. I was just passing through Casper so it's doubtful I'll be back through anytime soon. Lauren deserves a bonus. Very personable and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
