Tonight I placed a drive up order. Got there and checked in on the app. The guy comes out and I pay and he says he will be right back with the receipt and food. Never comes back. Wait 15 mins and call the store and a girl answers and tell her im still waiting for my food and she says okay I’ll have someone check on it. Wait another 15 mins and nothing. Go in and the Togo guy says he can’t find my order. It was sitting right behind him on the counter. Waited 30 mins for cold food. Not even an apology. Thanks Olive Garden.

The best Olive Garden visit ever. The food was great, but Chevelle stole the show—fantastic energy, perfect timing, and top-tier banter that kept us smiling the whole meal. If you’re lucky enough to get her, enjoy the upgrade.

Archie is an amazing server! Very prompt and an overall sweetie! Amazing customer service, very welcoming smile, and overall care for her customers. Olive Garden definitely has a keeper with this Gal! Give her a heck of a raise!

This is an awesome place for dinner out of the many choices in Casper. We got lucky and had a wonderful waitress named Jordan. Excellent service and awesome personality. Highly recommend this restaurant for everyone 👌
