By far the best coffee in the region. An excellent variety of choice's of coffee, roasted to one's individual preference. And an incredible selection of teas as well. Never had to wait more than a few hours for roasting. I like to pick mine up because it gives me a moment to talk with the roaster about different coffees. If in fact you savor your flavor....P. Hawke Coffee is your answer!
What a great find in Casper! I found P. Hawk online a couple months back and bookmarked to try at some point. I ran into P. Hawk (Wendy I believe) giving samples at a local event and loved their passion about their products. I called yesterday morning with a order for 3 lbs. Ken roasted and had the coffee ready by 6pm. I'm enjoying my first cup of P Hawk as I type. Thank you Ken and Wendy.
