Food was good. Stayed in a hotel, asked for plates and napkins 3 times. Driver showed up and didn't have plates or napkins. Said he would go get them. He texted us and said he was not allowed to bring them to us. I would say if someone is ordering from a hotel it is common sense to send these items. Very disappointed.

They tried to charge me over $23 for a small pepperoni pizza. Ridiculous!

Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks for $45 and gave an $8 delivery tip (I live 3 mins away). The order said it was “on the way” 1 hour before it arrived and it was cold. Pizza was editable but super mid for price. Just order dominos or Racca’s.

Placed an order and when I received it, it had 2 wings missing from my 8 piece so instead I got a 6 piece and my 2 liter of Pepsi was not included as well. Thankfully Papa John's removed the Pepsi from my order. I have had continuous problems with this franchise and to add to it all I continuously get a driver from door dash delivering it, even though I don't use door dash, and I can't communicate with them because they don't speak english

Typically the food is delivered hot and on time. Im actually writing this because they have to deal with my roommate who is really difficult. I recommend blocking him if possible. He treats everyone really badly for no reason.

I ordered on 07/26//2025 for delivery. I was blindsided by DoorDash delivery. I called the store and Tiffany didn't get it that I wasn't happy about DoorDash getting my order and explained to her that my safety is my priority and that it should state that there is DoorDash delivery.

Had a coupon for a free one large topping pizza was not able to redeem it online so after contacting the store and speaking to the manager and the general manager, I was able to get my free pizza. They said it would be about 35 minutes because they were behind. I had my pizza within 20 minutes and it was absolutely delicious! I appreciate the great customer service! Some places don’t care about that anymore but they did!!! Thank you!!

Wife ordered food online. I stopped in to pick it up. When I asked to check the order. I was told it looks like it’s all there. I said I’m missing the wings. The employee snatched the wings off of the warmer. Then turned around rudely and seemed very annoyed that I was going through the order, but I noticed I was missing my sauce. She reopened my box and proceeded to count the sauces saying they were all there even though they were not. I double checked the screen shot my wife sent me she had ordered two extra sauces, and extra peppers. Mind you I’ve been scolded several times for not making sure the order was correct. This did not seem correct so I questioned it and when I questioned it, I was given a very rude look so I said just please give me the damn sauces mind you I shouldn’t have said damn. However, I was very frustrated with the rude service I was already receiving. The gal, went to the back and came back with a plain close individual. She opened my boxes and went through my order and said it looks like all of your sauces are there to which I replied, whatever, closed everything up. While buttoning everything up I was told If I had an attitude I would be banned from her store. I decided to just walk out and when she proceeded to tell me that I would be banned from the store again. I then backed out of the store and said a few choice words. Because I was rightfully frustrated with the horrible customer service I received there. It was over a 60 some dollar order with tips and it was ridiculous being treated that way. My wife did call and we were comped however, I refuse to go back to that place ever again.

I don't normally write scathing reviews of places, but these guys have pushed me past the limit. Placed a phone order and was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later, and it still wasn't done. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finally make my pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. How do these people stay in business with such terrible service?

I ordered my food at 11:30 in the morning said it was suppose to be here at 12:20 to 12:40. It is now almost one and I am still hungry. I will never and I mean never order from you guys again. I did call the store never got an apology or anything. They did not offer to make it right in anyway. Trust me if you want quick delivery and quality food do not and I repeat do not order from this store. I am so disappointed.
