I don't normally write scathing reviews of places, but these guys have pushed me past the limit. Placed a phone order and was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later, and it still wasn't done. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to finally make my pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. How do these people stay in business with such terrible service?

I ordered my food at 11:30 in the morning said it was suppose to be here at 12:20 to 12:40. It is now almost one and I am still hungry. I will never and I mean never order from you guys again. I did call the store never got an apology or anything. They did not offer to make it right in anyway. Trust me if you want quick delivery and quality food do not and I repeat do not order from this store. I am so disappointed.

I live 9 minutes away and they took 25 minutes to deliver the pizza after I got a notification saying it was on it's way. By the time they got here I noticed the pizza was over cooked and when I tried it the pizza was cold. I would not recommend. I want my money back.

I was told my pizzas would be ready for pickup at 5:30. When I arrived the pizzas were not ready. Finally at 6:15 pm, I asked again and found out the pizzas had been sitting on the rack the entire time I was sitting there. They were cold. They were too focused on the delivery drivers like Door Dash and could care less about a customer in their shop picking up their own order. Never again!
Love the new staff and their GM is awesome :) they always have a great attitude and every time I go in there, they seem like they’re all having a great time! Pizza is fantastic!

Not happy!! Order dinner to my job and the door dasher just stood there like an idiot instead of delivering my food if it says front desk that means leave it at the front desk

Tried again hadn't been there in years. Pizza was soggy. Won't be back for a long while as it is more expensive than other chains and soggy pizza is gross.

Ordered a delivery order, but it never got delivered. Steven (GM I'm assuming) handled it amazingly and got us taken care of. Very quick to respond, friendly, and took the time and effort to have it remade and delivered for free the next day. Great service
