I had an amazing experience at Papa Murphy’s this Thanksgiving weekend! The staff at the Eastside location helped me get a pizza at a lower price by offering one that had been made by mistake and kept in the back fridge. I got a pizza for about $5 and it was still super delicious, such a great deal and very much appreciated.

When I left, the cooking instructions accidentally blew away in the wind. I called the Westside location and spoke with a lady named Ciarra, who went above and beyond by contacting the other store to help me get the information I needed. She truly didn’t have to do that, and I’m very thankful for her kindness and effort.

I’m leaving this review for both locations because the customer service was excellent all around. I will definitely be coming back soon!

Life saver. Ordered on the busiest day of the year for them. They all were so great. I forgot my wallet and they have tap to pay!!! So happy we could still get our pizza. Thanks guys.

I didn’t know they closed at 8 and called in an order at 7:50, Miles was so polite and quickly made my order to perfection! His customer service is amazing!

Stopped in for the 1st time on the 15th of September. Got 2 great pizzas to bring home and bake. Was better than delivery our takeout because it was hot when we ate it.

The kids that work here are honestly so awesome! I have nothing but great things to say about this spot! If I knew all their names, I'd list them all here as beyond great young employees! Take care of this crew! I think they're all gonna go far in life! They go above and beyond with their service at this local papa Murphys! God bless!

Very clean environment. Really nice employees. We however, was not a fan of the cheese they used this time. It was chewy. I couldn't even cut it with a fork. It was just one hard blob. Have you changed the type of cheese? It's always been so good
