This place is freaking amazing. Don’t let the store front fool you, I cannot believe how fresh everything tastes. The soup was delicious and the veggies taste like they just got them from their garden. The price is cheap, the portions are enormous, and the flavor is unbelievable. Please give these guys a try Szechuan Chicken and Honey chicken are what we had and it was terrific.

After traveling and eating out for a few days, we thought Chinese sounded good. We saw glowing reviews for PV Asian Cuisine so we felt it would be a great stop. 1. The exterior is a bit scary looking. We rechecked the address upon arrival because we didn't believe it could actually be that place! 2. The people inside were absolutely sweet and welcoming. The chef/cook didn't seem to speak or understand English but he had a nice young girl taking orders and her English was great! 3. At this time (late September, 2020), only take-out or delivery were available. From what we could see, the former dining room looked clean. :-) 4. It took only about 15 minutes for our order to be ready and we were absolutely amazed by the quantity of food! Seriously impressive! 5. Unfortunately, the quality of food (although seemingly fresh) was not very good. The egg rolls were greasy and had a distinct vinegar taste. The hot and sour soup was little more than beef broth. Surprisingly, the egg drop soup was quite tasty! The sweet and sour chicken was really just bland tasting dough balls with small bits of chicken in the dough. The red sauce (the red, sweet liquid for the sweet and sour) was fairly bland and watery. The fried rice was just brown colored, flavorless rice. The best of the bunch was the Almond Chicken. Lots of veggies and actual pieces of chicken! The fortune cookies were even stale. Maybe this Chinese food is good for Casper, but it's far inferior to what we're used to.

Used to be pretty good. Not sure what's changed, it's average at best and usually worse. Had a bad experience, then gave it two more chances. Everything tastes...just old. Like it's been sitting out or frozen/reheated endlessly. And most stuff is usually very overcooked, from noodles to eggrolls (which also tasted old and strange despite being deep fried). It's sad because it's the only restaurant on this side of town for the most part and I loved having good Chinese out here.

I enjoyed the food but I was on the toilet all night and the next day. My husband and kids were fine. I was the only one that ate my dish. Kung pao chicken. Maybe I am allergic to something they cooked it with. I don't know. The only food allergy I know of is swordfish. I would be willing to try this place again. A lot of vegetables and it tasted good.
