Nothing fancy, but very special, great humble kind family that runs the restaurant and dang the PHO was good!!!! Some of the richest most flavorful broth I've had and mind you I travel the country. I would put this against Seattle Pho any day. And their meatballs are great. Honestly all this place needs are some oscillating fans on the walls..

We have been coming to Pho Saigon for almost a decade now. Their Pho is what we compare every single pho to everywhere we go. Friendly, family owned and full of charm. We recommend this to all who will listen and visit every single time we come to Casper. Cannot recommend enough!

My wife and i have lived in Asia for the last 20 years.. thought this place would be good..Friendly staff, we ordered take out.. egg rolls and shrimp rolls were good . Unfortunately, the beef brisket pho was actually a bone with rubbery fat on it! Feel a but taken.. Can't recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully, they don't continue to serve this crap and call it Vietnamese food without taking corrective action to correct their low-grade meat.
