My husband is on his way to pick up a pizza that we ordered pick up( because our address we’ve had for 12 years was not accepted). Not sure what’s going on there. The thing is, we tried to call to switch to delivery first, obviously, but were transferred continuously between about 12 people just trying to reach/ be transferred to/ the cy ave store for something so simple. The last call was ended with laughing, after my husband asked if the phone was just being passed around....read full review
Shockingly poor service in every area. I usually don’t like to complain, but I thought it only fair to warn. At one point, the buffet was literally completely empty of everything but salad. No one checked on our table a single time. Took a long time for them to notice we were even there. I asked for two booster seats and a high chair. No one ever brought them, so I got them myself and wiped them up because they were disgustingly sticky. Not one member of the waitstaff appeared...read full review
