I ordered online for a delivery. My pizza was not what I ordered, I had add on items which I was charged for but did not get. Evidently Pizza Hut doesn’t care about their customers and refuses to make it right. I will never get my pizza from Pizza Hut again.

I visited the restaurant on 09/25/2025 and wasn't informed that the breadsticks would be cut in half when I placed my order. When I got home, I noticed that the breadsticks were cut. I took the food back to the restaurant and refused the order. I requested a refund from Greg (assistant manager), because I never wanted or requested my breadsticks to be cut. That is when I was informed that they now cut the. I explained that I didn't care, I still want the refund and I don't want the food!! They refused my refund of $18.56 and never took the food. I also asked for the corporate phone number and they had me speak with the area manager Jeremy, who treated me like garbage and still refused my refund. I explained to Jeremy, that I left the food at the restaurant and wasn't made aware when I ordered that the breadsticks would be cut! This was twice in less than seven days!!!
I just want my $18.56 refund (which included a $2.00 tip), since I returned the food for the mess up!!!

Ordered two pizzas and wings. One of the pizzas was pesto based, it arrived without any pesto. Definitely lacking in flavor, the whole pizza was not good and was not eaten. Called in and ask about it, the guy on the phone said sorry and he wasn't able to authorize anything. Someone named Billie (crew lead?) said they could give us $5 back as a credit. As this is a $25 pizza, we ask to speak to a manager. Surprisingly, none was available and we were told that maybe one would call us in the next few days. Apparently, this is their way of not dealing with customer complaints.

I do love Pizza Hut pizza! I just wish they'd deliver to Red Butte. It's not like we're THAT FAR out. Domino's changed their boundaries. I'd rather order where they will deliver to us.

It take ALOT FOR ME TO EVER DO A GOOGLE REVIEW BUT THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL. If you want to pay $30 for pizza that is not cooked then call and inform them of the issue only to be talk to by the “manager” Stormy as if I am below her. If you want to be told there is nothing she can do and there is no other manager yes order from here. I am beyond myself with the “customer service” I just received or better yet not at all. I called corporate and got the run around. Hopefully someone reaches out because word of mouth in this town is huge no matter if you are a corporate company or not. It also will not let me post photos here but I have the proof and posted them on the “photos” section
Great so see a dine in location open. Service was fast and friendly from the manager Billie. Food was hot fresh and tasty! Restaurant and bathrooms very clean.

My husband went to pick up a pizza that we ordered pick up( because our address we’ve had for 12 years was not accepted). The thing is, we tried to call to simply switch to delivery first, obviously, but were transferred continuously between about 12 people just trying to reach/ be transferred to/ the cy ave store for something so simple. The last call was ended with laughing, after my husband asked if the phone was just being passed around. Before that even he was also hung up on 3 times. How goddamn professional, right? I’ve never been more annoyed and disappointed. Hope this travels better than your ordering and calling system.

My husband is on his way to pick up a pizza that we ordered pick up( because our address we’ve had for 12 years was not accepted). Not sure what’s going on there. I’ve never been more annoyed and disappointed. We won’t be to Pizza Hut again and will very much be posting this to the internet. Hope it travels better than your calling system.

I'm sorry the last time I checked I did a pick up order... the moment I arrived I got told I had to settle my tip.... tips are for delivery drivers not the people in the store .. basically they held my food hostige till gave a tip..... that's bs....

Basic pizzhut fare. The buffet is just coming back. They only start making pizzas if people come in. No salad bar yet they just bring you a salad. No fountain drinks yet
