Honestly some of the grossest most horrid coffee in town, hands down. Every coffee I have ever bought there has tasted like literally cigarette ash water. It leaves an overwhelmingly strong burnt taste in your mouth that lingers long after you dump what they call coffee down your throat.. like they took beans charred to smithereens and tried to make a batch of ass water and called it coffee. I couldnt even choke down a small cup. Their smoothies and matcha are ok, but damn their coffee is just nasty and you still pay 6 bucks for it 😁.

I been coming to scooters now for a long time, and it's rare they mess my coffee up. I have been to other locations and was never asked to leave a tip. If I want to tip, let me have the option, and teach your staff to not ask for money. I tip when I can and if the services are good. I spent 16+tip, so 20 for "coffee" that isn't coffee it's hot coco 😞🫤

you can make peanut butter power into a protein snickerdoodle flavor. Add chocolate mocha syrup and a shot of expresso. They also make a 1 dollar kids cup with whip cream and sprinkles.

Everytime I order from here I get an upset stomach.Usually the service is provided by nice people with a cheerful attitudes. The day in question I was met with a sassy women asking for a tip. Never have I been asked for a tip there. And she made me feel like if I didn't tip that my order would be tampered with. I will never go back. I'll stick to la barista

Everyone is always so amazing every visit! I went on 3/9 on my way to a client meeting and decided to try something new. I have some allergies, and I always appreciate the baristas reviewing ingredients with me to make sure I can have it. They are also amazing at explaining the flavor profile. Maddie was fantastic at the window and is always such a kind soul! Haylie, Dakota, Kelly, and Evie are always amazing. They really know their drinks and snacks, and every experience has been phenomenal. I always appreciate that whoever makes my drink takes the time to make sure I like it before I drive off. The customer service is out of this world! Thank you, team, for helping my day start off great!
Kid-friendliness: The kids drinks are a great size and a great option for Littles who want to be part of the Coffee Club without getting coffee!

I can definitely say Rapid City is better for the Scooter location. This location doesn't fill the drink up, and the donuts that I received weren't as good as I thought they would've been.
The girl that was working wasn’t very friendly and did not follow directions of my order well (ie, asked for no whip and got whip anyway). She also wasn’t aware that this Scooter’s location is on the Visit Casper app and is apart of the Sips and Sweets experience where there’s a promo for $2 off any drink. She basically said “we went ahead and applied it for you, but we recommend you figure out what’s going on with that.” It’s hilarious that I got told I needed to figure out what’s going on with it, when she had no clue about it — all there is to do is hit the “check in” button and it goes off GPS (which is in the apps directions), so not sure what else I can do as a customer to coach someone else’s employee on that. I’m taking this as a training issue that management hasn’t coached on at all, but still it overall was a weird experience. The coffee was pretty good though; but to be honest, I don’t think it’s enough for me to be back especially with how many other coffee joints are in town that have better service and are aware of their promo offerings.
