This was always one of my favorite places to eat in Casper, so on my recent trip, of course, we had dinner there. There were 4 of us, and all of our meals were excellent as well as the wonderful service. My personal favorite is the beef medallions. Also, the peanut butter chocolate cake was absolutely delicious. The serving was huge. It was a good thing we only ordered one!

I have been to this business a lot through out my time living here, however this last trip was so over the top amazing, I figured I should finally write a review.
We went to dinner on a Saturday night to celebrate our collected birthdays, so needless to say we went all out. They were extremely busy, so thankfully I made a reservation, however I did happen to notice that even those who did not and were quoted about an hour wait happened to get seated much quicker than that and some even were out before us! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the people up front, who were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. Our server was Cielo, and I can not rave enough about her!!! She was absolutely fantastic. Even under all the pressure of having so many people to take care of, she made us feel like we were the only ones in the entire place. We did not ever wait very long for food or drink. The meal was paced extremely well, we had time to enjoy each course with just enough time in between. She was consistent in checking on us, but was not overly around to cause an annoyance. Incredibly friendly and polite, never once making me feel like an inconvenience, even though we were fairly needy. I sincerely hope to have her again in the future. The food was top notch! Who ever was in that kitchen also deserves huge raves! The food was fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection. Not a single mistake, even under the pressure of preparing food for a full restaurant. The rest of the serving staff also gets a huge rave! They all worked together extremely well to keep all of the tables cleared of used dishes and the water glasses full. You can tell they are a team here and deserve to be recognized as such!
10/10 Highly recommend coming here as I will be returning myself, hopefully for years to come!

I always have a wonderful time with my husband here. The food is perfect! The filet mignon is my favorite it's so tender and flavorful! My husband loves their fish dishes that they have. They also have a good selection of wine. The service is awesome, they pamper you! Nice place for a romantic dinner or a great time with friends. I highly recommend. P.s their desserts are awesome, try the lemon cake with creme cheese frosting and raspberry sauce.

My handsome silver fox and I were traveling through Casper headed to rapid city SD and decided to stop for dinner. Being as I am in love with a silver fox I insisted we go eat at the silver fox steakhouse. As soon as we walked in we were warmly welcomed and greeted. While we waited for our table we had a lovely conversation with the hostess, she told us about The Church of Jesus Christ Temple located just down the road and her explanation was celestial. Our wait staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We had delightful conversations and Natalee our server was a gem!
Now on to the food, my love had the bbq special and I had the French onion soup. The soup was out of this world, as it is topped with a flakey fluffy puff pastry. His bbq was cooked to perfection and the sides were delicious!! If we ever find ourselves in Casper again we will definitely return to The Silverfox Steakhouse. We highly recommend! The owner passed away last December and we are so grateful to his family and staff for keeping such a lovely place going despite losing their leader.

One of my favorite places to eat in the Casper area. Unfortunately last night the food was not as good as it used to be and the portion sizes are a lot smaller! Salad barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Will eat there again in the future to see if this was an off night. Disappointed this time however, service was excellent as usual.

My girlfriend and I stopped by the Silver Fox Steakhouse in Casper for dinner on a Saturday night and overall we had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a night out.
The service was excellent, our waiter was attentive, friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. We started with the escargot and soup, both of which were really good. However, we ordered the special that night, which was a blackened prime rib, and unfortunately, it was so salty that we couldn’t enjoy it. Our waiter was very understanding and even went so far as to comp one of the steaks, which we appreciated. Despite the issue with the prime rib, we left a good tip because the service was great.
We’ll definitely come back, though we’ll probably skip anything that’s blackened next time. Overall, it’s a nice spot with good service and we're looking forward to giving it another try.

Best restaurant in town. That's why I was really disappointed to see their health inspection report. The front of house staff needs to step it up and keep their areas cleaner. For one soda nozzles should be pulled and cleaned every single night, the soda nozzles at silver fox were found to be full of black mold. Things need taken apart and cleaned nightly. The late owner would be so sad to know how is employees are running his restaurant. Please clean more.

Very good food and the service is amazing. Water is never close to empty, dishes are taken away within a min of finishing the dish. We have never had anything we dont like here and never a bad experience. Food is always perfect. The price is great for what you get.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! It took over an hour and a half to get our entrees. There were four of us, two of us ordered $44 filet mignon. We both got sirloins, not filets, that were over cooked and so tough we could barely cut them. On top of that, the food was cold, the salad was tiny and the waiter was slow. That was the worst steak I have ever had. Spend your time and money at Fire Rock or Shoguns, both are excellent!!
