Sweet Zoey Mediterranean Restaurant

the servers need to learn how to actually provide service instead of just standing and the counter chatting with each other. was only checked on once after my food came, and wasn't offered a refill on my drink until they brought the check (and never offered dessert or anything else). Now I know why it was pretty much empty on a Friday night.

What a gem of a restaurant….so fresh-so good-unchained-over the top customer service! I had the pizza but wanted to try so many other things on the menu.

Contacted establishment prior to visiting to ask what vegan options were available. I was told to let my server know and I would be taken care of. We drove 3 hours from Belle Fourche to Casper to see a show and we’re going to Sweet Zoey’s for dinner before the show.

When the server came over to take our order I asked if the hummus was vegan and the server said she wasn’t sure. She said they had a vegan menu behind the counter and asked if I wanted it. I said yes. Hummus was not on vegan menu. Apparently they use yogurt in the hummus. The server comes back over after not even two minutes and asked if I was done with the vegan menu yet. I said no. She came back again after another 2-3 minutes and asked again if I was done with the vegan menu. Why did she want it so bad? Why wasn’t it part of the regular menu? Was there a mad rush of vegans coming into the restaurant?

I ended up getting a plain falafel wrap with a side of rice because that’s about all I could get. I told the server specifically I wanted the wrap plain. 15 minutes later my wrap shows up with tzatziki sauce all over it. I call the server over and told her “thank goodness I didn’t bite into the wrap because there is sauce all over it”. She snatches the plate and says “I didn’t know you wanted it plain”. Yes you did. Why would I ask about vegan items? Why would I ask for a vegan menu then order non vegan items? It took 20 minutes for them to remake the wrap. It looked disgusting and I didn’t trust it so I didn’t trust it.

My daughter didn’t even want to eat her food. She felt horrible. The server didn’t even notice I didn’t touch the rice or wrap. I didn’t argue about it. I paid for items I didn’t eat. I wrote Sweet Zoey’s after I left there and all I got was some half ass apology.

Also, when we walked in some creepy guy in the kitchen was just staring at us. He stared at us almost the entire time we were there and followed us out when we left.

Greatly disappointed. Next time I will just go to the grocery store and buy a bag of salad. It would have been 10000 times better.

Ordered the chicken & rice kabob and it was awful! So under cooked I couldn’t eat it. It was a door dash order.

What a perfect lunch!!!! Best fries in town!!!! The location is easy to get in and out of. I look forward to the seasonal food they make also!

Stevi was super and smiling. We are from California, and passing thru from Yellowstone to Rushmore - what a pleasant surprise! Warm place, fresh food, and soothing music made us relax. Oh not to mention amazing Beet Salad, Fatira, falafel bites, lentil soup, hummus gyro and sweet baklava.. allots of love ❤️

I live in a different state and ordered this for lunch for my daughter for her birthday. She said the gyro is delicious and they made it extra special with a piece of baklava and a little note to wish her a happy day. Thank you Sweet Zoey! You made her day even better with a little love and some good food!

Sweet Zoey's is always wonderful! The food here never dissappoints and we will continue to eat here! My favorites are the Gyro French Dip, Naan-Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup and all their Hummus Dips.

The food is so tasty and the service is friendly. I love the fatira and they offer boba drinks.

Stopped in on a trip through Casper, don't know how I've missed this place before but will definitely be back. Had the French Dip Gyro, didn't know I needed this in my life! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu 🤩
