honestly i love starbucks and have been going to this location for quite a while now, however when i went in to order my usual there wasn’t anyone in there, i sat at the counter waiting for someone to come out and help, and even called out. after nearly 10 minutes a young woman with the name Ava came out. she was very rude and seemed to have been using substances. this ruined this place for me because even then my drink wasn’t made right and she asked if i was going to tip. very upset won’t be coming back.

The coffee was good and they took care of me quickly but my server was not very attentive. They were talking to a friend the entire time. The place was clean and it was warm even though I was waiting by the door. It just seemed not very inviting.
