I enjoyed my breakfast and coffee while sitting in. The atmosphere was comfortable. The customer service was really good. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.
Staff was incredibly rude when picking up a mobile order. There was confusion over two orders under the same name and rather than being helpful, they treated my family terribly. Coffee wasn’t even good enough to warrant the treatment they gave. Ive been going to Starbucks less and less but experiences like this make me not want to return again.
They served me my Venti Frappuccino in 2 Grande cups and it was extremely watered down

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Worst coffee shop in town. Rude baristas and inconsistent coffees. Takes forever every single time. It’s faster to go all the way to the drive thru location on central and they will actually make your drink right and be happy to see you. I always tell myself to just drive to the other location or better yet to Copper Cup and this time was truly the last time I’ll waste my energy and money at this place.
