What a fantastic stop! We were in Casper for medical appointments and stopped here for a snack and drink - the 2 ladies working when we were there were fantastic! ( 4/22 around 1:20) - very friendly and fun, suggestions for drinks, it was like going backward a in time to what Starbucks used to be like!

I enjoyed my breakfast and coffee while sitting in. The atmosphere was comfortable. The customer service was really good. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

Workers seem to hate their lives. I’ve dropped by here maybe 3 times in the last few months and not one person smiles. Even when I ask how they are. It’s a no smile “fine.” There aren’t many good choices on this side of town for coffee. What are the other places around town doing that seem to be able to hire happier or to keep their people happy that this Starbucks doesn’t seem to know?
