They took forever and I asked for a matcha and and it was gross and way to much matcha powder and they didn’t even get my order right and the food was cold in the middle.

Ordered 3 drinks through the app while in town visiting family 10-minutes away from the store. Arrived to pick them up; two were done waiting on the third. Even though they were not very busy, other orders kept getting done while I waited. After about 7-minutes, I asked when the last drink would be done and the barista said “oh it’s right here” out of the order line; off to the side. Finally got the last one with no apologies for the delay. Got them back to the house and all tasted real milky even though all had been ordered with double the shots. Disappointing experience all around.

I got there at 10:00am ordered 1 drink and waited 45 minutes before even asking how much longer, and when I went up and asked the girl at the register with pink hair rudely told me, “They are clearly making a bunch of online orders and yours should be out shortly.” So I went and sat back down for a while then got sick of waiting so I went to ask for a refund, while in line they called out my name after an hour of being there so I grabbed my drink and left only to see my venti cup is filled more than half way with ice and little to no liquid at all, I’m not usually a Karen but when I’m waiting an hour for 1 drink that I pay $10 dollars for I’m going a little more expectations than I normally would, not happy at all!! I really do like the Starbucks on 2nd street though!!

Egregiously (disgustingly extreme) long wait for a one-drink front-counter order while Drive-Thru was catered to. Also, only 3 customer parking spots are designated for this building.

Staff was super friendly but unfortunately undermanned. 1 hot tea took nearly 35min to get because they were so busy and only had 2 people working.

Not all, but some of the staff have zero customer service skills. They look at you like you’re stupid, don’t greet you, don’t smile, don’t talk, and toss/slide food at you. No matter how nice you are, they go out of their way to be rude.

I come to this Starbucks because it is closest to me, but everytime I come here it’s on average 20 minutes in the drive thru line or dining in. Poorly ran, needs a huge revamp/ more employees. Corporations that offer a drive thru service should never take this long!
