Dear Starbucks. Your policy about not giving drive through customers an insulated grip or a stopper is not well thought out. Save the environment by making those items in-house optional. However, for drive through customers, might I suggest you consider Liebeck v. McDonald's as I recently spilled hot coffee all over my hand at one of your drive though windows.

I try to always visit this Starbucks when I am at Albertsons and to visit the one in North Casper I was there recently but can't remember what day , I had a bit of a rough day when I was got to the store to when I left but the coworker behind the counter he made my day a whole lot better, while I didn't catch his name i hope that you can share this with him please as it really made my day so much better need more People like this in the world to your employee.

Got two iced cinnamon dolce coffees with 2 extra pumps of vanilla and vanilla cold foam. The foam tasted like plain frothed milk, no cinnamon on top and tasted like there was no syrup at all. Literally an ordinary iced coffee with milk and foam

Really sweet every time we’ve been here. They made wonderful coffee and if anything is wrong they fix it with no attitude and even let me keep the messed up one!
The men and women Barristas are fun and always welcoming! They even tell you about the specials coming up on Fridays!!

Rave Cy Starbucks they were super nice this morning even with the red cup event and despite having 2 very rude customers in this morning. Also just a P.S.A please be nice to people in customer service it is the holiday season and they don’t get paid enough to deal with you being pushy and rude!
