I know everyone is getting tired with the holidays but just a small smile like your glad to help someone out wouldn't be to hard. Generally I love my Starbucks peppermint mocha but wow this just tastes like a chemically mess.
Dear Starbucks. Your policy about not giving drive through customers an insulated grip or a stopper is not well thought out. Save the environment by making those items in-house optional. However, for drive through customers, might I suggest you consider Liebeck v. McDonald's as I recently spilled hot coffee all over my hand at one of your drive though windows.
I try to always visit this Starbucks when I am at Albertsons and to visit the one in North Casper I was there recently but can't remember what day , I had a bit of a rough day when I was got to the store to when I left but the coworker behind the counter he made my day a whole lot better, while I didn't catch his name i hope that you can share this with him please as it really made my day so much better need more People like this in the world to your employee.
