⭐ Review of Subway (Casper, WY location 2nd Street Location) ⭐ I placed an order for a tuna sandwich, a cold cut combo (which was supposed to include Doritos and a Coke), and two boxes of cookies. What I received was unacceptable:
• The “cold cut” had no meat—only onions, lettuce, olives, and sauce. • Doritos were missing entirely. • I was given extra cookies I never ordered.
Instead of notifying the delivery driver that they didn’t have the proper items, the store decided to throw together whatever they had and still charged me. To make matters worse, I found a long blonde hair in my food. I have photos documenting everything.
This is dishonest, unsafe, and a violation of basic food standards. I will be reporting this business to the health department. Customers deserve transparency and safe food, not deception and contamination.
Do not order from this Subway.

The guy taking my order was great but the owner came in right behind me in line and decided he wanted to make his own food; which would have been fine but he didn’t put gloves on and was touching everything and all the scoops with his bare hands and eating out of the bowl he was making while he waited. He even licked Doritos dust off his fingers. So to my standards that’s not a clean practice and really grossed me out. If he came in front of me in line I would have left seeing that. Just gross.

Ordered a spicy buffalo nacho sub she put steak on it not the rotisserie Chicken. Their own signature subs they have no knowledge did the same to the pepperoni meatball. Confused on how employees don't know their own signature subs?

Someone named Morgan who works here don’t know last name but she was super rude and than outside of work she been joking about spitting and wiping boogers in peoples food who she dislikes. I really hope she’s not doing that and I really hope she gets fired because that is so unprofessional and disgusting behavior!!!

I came in to this subway there was 2 other people there. They said it would take about 30-45min to get my sandwich because they were behind on door dash. They refused to help the people that were there until online orders. The other two people had been waiting and they refused to help them.

Came it at 7:50 when they close at 9 and they casually said “we just have half a piece of bread left” when they don’t close for over an hour. Just close at 7, no one can buy anything later. Or maybe, just don’t be open at all. I’m not coming back, and no one should. Owner, get a clue. You’re paying employees for hours of work they’re not doing.

Not happy with this store so tired of going there to get food and they out of everything because they getting ready to close at 7 even tho they say they open tell 9 this is bull shit of a store to do. U are to be open tell 9 then u are to be open tell 9 how are u to make money if u close early on a Friday night like really I have been a gm of a McDonalds and an arbys I don't care that u slow we advertise being open till a certain time you are open unless you have signs posted and you're closing early usually only for holidays. And it depends on the service you get because some of the workers there are really great they're awesome and some of them are too busy flirting with each other or hitting on the customers to even realize that there's other people in the room.
Have a issue with the way staff help each other. One person is busting ass and never get off on time. While other employees just sit on their phone, and can just clock.out on the schedule times but can't bother to help each other.
