I LOVE subway. I could eat it every day. Called this store to inquire about current deals going on and a young woman answered the phone and was very rude, short and pretty much hung up on me. I asked my question and got my answer, as brief and unenthusiastic as it was, I was in the middle of thanking her and telling her I had the app and was just checking to see what deals they had going on and was basically hung up on. They could use some training on customer relations, apparently.
Sandwiches were great, terrible service, felt like I was being judged the entire time with my choice for food. Their patience could’ve been way better I felt like I was getting stared at by gabby and Ella I didn’t catch the other girls name but she didn’t seem to be judging me

I ordered a delivery meal using the Subway app. After my meal never showed up I decided to call the store. I was treated rudely out of the gate and even asked for a manager who was rude and just as unhelpful as the first person. I asked for a manager call back as they said I would not be getting a refund and I needed to take it up with DoorDash. I ordered from Subway not from DoorDash. I finally got a response from the big Subway boss Todd Bertagnole today and he also said that I would not be getting a refund and that I can take it up with my credit card company or DoorDash. The staff never made an attempt to contact me to let me know there was an issue at all. AVOID THIS PLACE THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THEiR CUSTOMERS. Facts: I ordered delivery and the food never came and they say I cannot get a refund for some reason according to Mr Subway owner guy. My credit card company doesn’t agree! If you like rude staff and owners and paying for food you don’t get this is your place! I would give them 0 stars if possible!

We have boycotted subway in Casper for sometime, well over a year maybe longer. Figured we would give it another chance tonight and have no regrets. A bunch of young professionals were working tonight and the food was amazing. My wife use to work there so I know what a good Subway sandwich taste like and what it is supposed to be. These young adults knocked it out of the park…Thank you, we will be back.

The girl that was starting our order was very rude got one of my sons sandwiches wrong and when he said that he wanted tuna not turkey she tried to argue with my 11 year old about it . Then she was very short with us after this the vegetables looked gross when asked the girl that was putting vegetables on my sandwiches if we could get new spinach she just pulled it off and put the same nasty spinach back on the sandwich when my husband asked for light jalapeños on his sandwich the girl put a hand full of them on his sandwich and rolled her eyes the only girl that was not rude and had didnt have a bad attitude was the casher.

Literally the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a while in Casper, and I eat at them all. Hanna was truly awesome! Not only made a perfect sandwich, but was so much a pleasure while waiting on me. Amazing experience all the way around!

Yesterday was the worst ever. I said the kids sandwich was a kids meal two times, then asked for mine in a combo. I paid, and asked what drink our kid got, and got told that she didn’t charge me for a meal. Then tells the other person that she didn’t know, and all I said was mine was a combo. Which is a lie. So, I had to pay almost $4 just for a drink and bag of chips. Screw their customer service! Our daughter also wanted the cheese bread, but that isn’t allowed. What a joke. My bread was hard as well.
