I came in tonight to get an order replaced and the guy running the shift (I wish I got his name) was awesome! Super polite very quick and hooked it up for the inconvenience. I really appreciate when fixing a mistake goes smooth but this guy went above and beyond.

Came to this location yesterday morning(11-16-25) and everything and everyone was great. Today however (11-17-25) this morning was way different than yesterday. Our food was prepared very poorly and even tasted worse than yesterday. The customer service standard was also not met.

ordered a crunch wrap. Recieved a stale tortilla that i had to rip apart because it was so stale. not edible. Was not worth calling just to have to go back to the restaurant for a replacement. I will stick to Pancho's down the road.

The workers here were so vert awesome, and the manager knew exactly what we wanted when we didn't...lol I highly recommend the new Flatbread chicken melt.🤤 And don't forget the new Mountain Dew Baja and Strawberry Dream Slush. It was AMAZING!! THANK YOU, TACO BELL!!!
