Our server was horrible! Her name was natasha. sat and waited for ten minutes after we got our salads to get silverware, tried to charge us for an appetizer we did NOT receive. Gave us the WRONG drinks and had AIRPODS in while ignoring us. Unacceptable behavior for a server!! I would NOT recommend going the nights she works. Absolutely horrid.

When we go out to dinner it’s so we can visit as well. Music was so loud that we couldn’t hear our waiter or each other. When we asked if it could get turned down a bit the waiter agreed it was overly loud but said the manager wouldn’t turn it down any farther. No one should have to yell over the music at dinner. If I wanted that I’d have gone to a local bar.

I was ripped off on the size of my steak. It was a pick-up order, and when I got my order picked up and home to eat. I discovered my steak was 5oz!!! Wtf! Crazy! Yes, I have a food scale. Especially on a 9oz steak price. I expect to get what I pay for. I understand the weight is different when cooked, but no way would there be a 4oz difference on a medium rare steak.

Service here is terrible! Manager was very rude when we asked a simple question! After we asked a question they never came back to check on our table walked by without stopping to see if we wanted to order! Would not recommend awful service!

Although Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite places to eat on the road, I was a little disappointed at the Casper location. It was fairly busy. Our server was excellent, but my chicken was overcooked, and the loaded mashed potatoes were ice cold, and the buttery corn was also ice cold. I know they load the spuds with lots of sourcream, and I appreciate the temperature differential, but these were seriously ice cold. The experience is not going to stop me from eating at the Roadhouse in the future, but I feel like their standards may have slipped a little on this visit.

Great experience, sat down at 3:00 and got my food at 4:15! Also my tables prime ribs were OVERCOOKED! I love this place! I had a movie to go to after because I didn't think I would spend 2 hours waiting for my food! Great service!

2020 mothers day: I ordered online, went to pick it up, sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes, someone approached my car and asked my name, went back in, came back out 30 minutes later, asked my name again. The manager came out and said they received my order in Colorado, not Wyoming, so we didn't have take out for dinner. Just now, My son and I checked in, got a text 10 minutes later to check back in, the stood at the front for another 20 minutes and they didn't even have us on the waiting list. Worst restaurant EVER.

Went in because I received tickets for the 10year anniversary……couldn’t open the envelopes until after I spent $50 then waited another for my “free” items only told be told only toppings were free and was asked to pay for the potatoes…..thanks for reminding me why I’ve not been a fan of yours. Thanks for scamming customers into celebrating getting ripped off!
