The food was good but we had to wait a while for rolls then our appetizer and then my fries didn't come out with my meal. I was done with everything else before my fries actually made it to me.

Opened doors late. Not a huge deal, 11:05. Getting seated took another 10 minutes for a 6 top. Ordered drinks, then food, took over 45 minutes for food to arrive, waitress forgot rolls. They don’t have sweet and low, so bring it if you are diabetic. Fried chicken strips had weird soggy taste. Bacon cheese burger was good, fries definitely under heat lamp too long. They must have good and bad days, today it looked like a bad one. Was not super busy, we were 2nd in line before they opened.

Prime Rib for me and Chicken Salad for Terri. Both were terrific... The rolls were outstanding as usual. The service was great, cheerful and attentive.

Order 2 bowls of soup to go got there 15 minutes later waited 45 minutes to get my food after I got there , got only 2 cups of soup wich is 1 bowl but I paid for 2 bowls at the price $4.99 each . Didn’t want to bother waiting longer to get another bowl

I ordered chicken fried steak. Server brought out chicken fried chicken. She took the chicken back leaving the sides to get cold. She told me it would be "2 or 3" minutes ". The rest of my party had finished eating, still no food. I canceled my meal. The manager did offer to send it with me , so I could eat it cold at the motel I guess. Zero customer service.

Worst dining experience ever. Very very slow to get a table and to get our food. Never even got some of our sides. Great place to go if you've got a horde of screaming children but not if you want to have a halfway decent meal in a timely manner. Burgers also resembled burnt hockey pucks, not the "medium" that we asked for.

I’m very disappointed in one of the gals I think her name was Jaden. Was very rude and wouldn’t even bother to refill our drinks or rolls. All she would do is sit around the hostess stand and was using some foul language when I had my 3 children with me. They weren’t even busy if 5 of them could all chit chat the Satan language then they could do their low end no money making job correctly.

Meal we ate in was good. That's where it ends. Ordered full rack of ribs to go. They put a loaded baked potatoe in with the ribs. Got broccoli and cheese said the cheese would be on the side. It wasn't and extremely Grosse. Asked for 8 rolls to go. Got home there was none. Left a 30 dollar tip on horrible service most likely will not go back. The waitress was excellent the to go order was fast food quality.
