The Bluebird "At the historic Cheese Barrel"

I was going to give them a shot because I saw Jeffrey Star in there, doing a video ! Was going to make a special trip and all… but after seeing the reviews and how management responded, he sounds like an idiot. If you’re stating the patio is dog friendly, why would they need a service vest ? Why would you refuse to service a party of 6, when you had almost no one in there !? Read through the reviews … stay away u less you’re starving

Not worth it Casper has better

We were looking for a brunch spot while visiting Casper on a Saturday. This restaurant came up in our search and did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the portions were huge. I ordered the eggs Benedict. I loved the hollandaise sauce and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly. My husband ordered the green chile breakfast burrito and ate every bite. Our server was so pleasant and the atmosphere was great! We will definitely eat here again when we are in town.

Ashley was a wonderful server fast and attentive we ordered the green chili burrito and the cowboy burrito both were outstanding a lot of food for the price will definitely be coming back

Came with a big group, pretty much told us to leave and no groups bigger than 5. We tried to split up and they still told us to leave. Would not recommend

I wasn't going to do this post but this used to be a great place but the last 3 times ive been there service has been terrible the last straw was waiting over a hour for our food I wont be returning which is sad because it was once a great place to eat

This is a nice cozy place for breakfast. Went here for breakfast to meet someone new, her recommendations. Got the steak and eggs to which I was pleasantly surprised was cooked perfectly. Wait staff and servers were on point. No complaints, will definitely be back another day.

I just found out about The Bluebird on Fb on Monday. Well Wednesday I had breakfast there. What a delight the whole experience turned into. A very quaint friendly environment with a deliciously FRESH menu. I had a nice visit with a couple that recently relocated from Las Vegas. Then there was Ashley 😉 She's been there since the BLUEBIRD opened in 2020 and it's obvious they're lucky to have her. Nailed it! Would highly recommend! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

I had the Eggs Benny. They were cooked perfectly and very flavourful. It was a full. House not they going us a table right away and our food came within a reasonable amount of time.

Ate there today for breakfast. We had the parfait and eggs Benedict. All was delicious. Our waitress Ashley was great! Would go back and def recommend this place.

This is a hidden gem in Casper! The food is awesome! I had the Pedro skillet, with red potatoes and I would get it again. Also had a side of country gravy and that was delicious!! I definitely recommend the Bluebird!!
