We had a wonderful visit to Uncorked. They were very accommodating and worked hard to please us. Two of us shared a wine tasting (four 3 ounce glasses). The server was very knowledgeable about the wines. Two of us had cocktails which were recommended by the server. He was very personable and friendly. He also had high praise for the owners. Definitely a place to visit for a relaxing drink.

Edit and update: I'm adding a star because they've really smoothed out the experience. However, depending on who's working, you may end up with some less than stellar recommendations for wine. Check the wines reviews or ask for a tasting, they'll usually oblige. Overall, it's a great place to go.

Probably the single best selection of wine in the casper area. But it loses a couple stars for very inconsistent service (sometimes great, sometimes not so great). I've had a couple experiences with the service here that almost made me not want to come back.

They lose a star for inconsistent hours. They close early sometimes so call ahead before you believe googles hours.

You walk in and the atmosphere is second to none. The selection of wine is second to none, and has a reason that it is on the shelf; these folks care about quality wine. The wine-tenders are helpful but not pushy. If you want to stay awhile, they have a nice seating area and bar to enjoy their beverages. Before Uncorked I was a “drink wine with the proper dinner” type, now I’m a full-fledged wine explorer who enjoys the endless complexities and discussion that wine brings...my wife thanks Uncorked for that, and so do I. Myself and 9 other ladies had drinks and their meat and cheese platter there last night. The service was excellent and the drinks were fantastic! We all had a great time!
