The store was clean. It wasn’t very busy so we were able to move about and find what we were looking for. The popcorn chicken was very fresh and hot.

I feel like this Walmart has the leftovers, and the West Walmart has the good stuff. East always seems to be out of stock, and less clean! West is better but further away!

Newly updated, it has more space as well as products. Staff as always friendly and willing to help. Their only issue seems to be self checkout. Often times it turns into a "cards only" situation and those with cash have to stand forever in bbn long lines waiting to get checked out. Very frustrating. I hope that gets fixed quickly and for good.

Too crowded but shelves were stocked. Great variety. Had enough electric carts for handicapped. Clean and many check out clerks available.***This is Casper WY east side store. ***** Will avoid Gillette's Walmart at all costs. Dirty and no carts shelves were barely stocked and staff are sullen and grumpy. Poor management.

The best Walmart we have ever seen can't believe we actually live by it now makes the one where we used to live pale in comparison! The employees are so helpful and go out of their way to help. Friendly staff at registers. The aisles are wide not crowded with stuff. The grocery is packed with variety I have not seen before. Love this place. ?

After 1 hairtrim watch what happens I'd say 6 or 7 years my hair will be perfect started on it back in 2012.
Came here to sleep in the parking lot and get some items from the store. The parking lot was nothing special, and relatively safe while sleeping in my car. The store, on the other hand, has some of the most helpful and friendlist employee I have ever encountered at a Walmart. I came in here a couple times over the course of three days, and every time I was left thoroughly impressed with the employees. Some even going out of their way to make sure I found what I needed. I was approached by employees while looking or things just so they could ask if I needed any help finding something. Most Walmart employees avoid customers like the plague, and having worked in retail for several years I can't blame them either. So it was refreshing to see a Walmart location that employs staff members that are customer-first oriented.

Easy to get to and close to hotels which is great for this traveler. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping trip to this Walmart. It was large, well stocked in a neat and tidy manner, and clean. I shopped in comfort and bought much more than I went in for. There are many Walmart's on the east coast (specifically NC) that needs to take a lesson from this store.

So I found a car seat on WalMart.com that was cheaper online than in the store. I choose to go in the store to buy the car seat. Now I have done price match with Walmart before so I know the regulations of how it works. I showed that lady at the customer service desk the car seat on Walmart.com and the price. The lady gets her phone and scans the car seat. The same car seat comes up but in a different color. She says this says the price is online only and it higher online. I tell her you have to switch the color to pink and and see the price changes. She looks at me and goes this is interesting. So she reads the name of the car seat and it's the same one I have in my cart. So she calls the manager because she says it's different. I explain to her if you see the color and the name is the same could there be a mix up with the bar code because the one you keep looking at (which was dark brown) isn't the same one as the one I want. After the manager comes he acts as he is bothered by being called over. He looks at her phone as says you have to get the same one to get the price online. So I show him my phone and explains to him she is looking at a different color. She buts in and says but if you scan the car seat this what's comes up. I explain that if you choose the color I have the price does drop. He tells me it's not the same. My question was how when it looks the same and the name/brand is the same. He get frustrated and say gives it to her. The lady looks at me as she has done a flavor for me and says it's really not the same.. I ask the question how? Because of the bar code? Clearly you see it's the same as he does or he wouldn't said give it to me. Then she says well it did say online only but he says it's fine. I had to explain to her that I am very aware of how price matches work and Walmart always matches their online prices as long as it says it's in stock online and it's the same item. She rings it up and states we dont do price matches with online only. LIES!!! I just did this last week with no problem. Walmart's stores are a hit or miss with the employees. Being rude over somebody else money....WHY!!!! Please Walmart please train your employees better with the policies and customer service especially when it's management!
