Pro’s:
The food is always great. The burgers are fresh, the drinks are fizzy, the fries are warm. Always a good treat with the food. The service for the most part is impeccable. The layout is suitable for all groups.

Con’s:
There are hardly any cons that I can remember. The only thing is that the food sometimes is messed up. My grandpa has trouble with a no cheese edit on a Dave’s burger. It must be impossible. Other than that no cons.

I went for breakfast and was told there was 3 minutes left before switching to lunch. "No eggs left" someone shouted, so I was going to order the no 1 breakfast. Someone flipped the sign to lunch and my cashier(she was very nice by the way) walked away. Then so did I.

Waited at payment an extra 2 minutes after the car before me left before the guy who takes the money started coming over (he was chatting with coworkers)
After paying and arriving at the pickup window there was a guy chilling on his phone and two ladies chatting. No "hey, it'll be a minute"....
A minute: still scrolling and chatting
Another minute: still scrolling ladies still chatting but packing bags slowly pausing every now and then, mid pack, to chat
Another minute: still scolling, ladies just chatting again bags are done
Another 20 seconds: hands bags over as guy finally gets off his phone
Another 10 seconds after serving lady walks away, comes back to pass drinks (that were waiting at the window since before pulling up), one of which was supposed to be no ice, correct them, they "correct" it slowly by just dumping it into another cup (the reason for no ice was because ice machines are typically nasty, thus not a real fix), handed them over
No "sorry for the wait" though the lady did grumble an apology for the ice
$30 for 2 meals and and bacon fries with service that I'd expect from a 2 star place in the sketchiest place in New York
About twice the cost of MC'Ds, 1/10th the service
Not coming back to this location

Kudos to the guy who took my order, you were speedy, sorry you gotta deal with shitty coworkers that obviously don't want to be there. Stay strong and keep blasting those orders at lightning speed!

I’ve been in here several times. Every time
my experience is negative. The lady taking orders is absolutely rude to everyone that comes in. You can tell she have very little patience for her job. I would expect everyone to have their off days. However this is about the 4th time I’ve come in and she is absolutely rude to the other customer’s by the way she talks back to the customers. It’s like it bothers her that customers place an order with her. Food was great service is piss poor

The morning/afternoon shift is nice. The night shift tonight was super rude. I was trying to do an Uber Eats order. The girl over the intercom was super rude, giving me attitude. I don't know if she thought I was being rude. How my accent came out, I was being patient and nice through it, but no customer service. ??‍♀️

There was a very nice young man who was obviously new. When I came in he was up front by himself putting together s doordash order, no one said welcome we'll be right with you I stood there for about 3 minutes while this new kid was putting his doordas order together. He then came to the register apologizing for the wait and begum to take my order. He did not have security clearance so I asked if someone would please help him. A very smug unhappy woman came up to help and for whatever reason looked at me like I did something wrong. Didn't offer to continue to help just walked away. He took my order and hit a snag again, another woman came and helped him. No apologies from her just him. Both woman who helped him was not thrilled to be here, though it seemed. I love my wendys but this is unacceptable leaving a new guy alone and not following through for customers sake. Please look into this
