Michael Scott is kind of heart and a delight to speak with. My significant other and I visited Casper for a few days and ate at some amazing restaurants with impeccable food - what sets Wyoming Rib & Chop House apart? EXCEPTIONAL service.

Michael took our order & double checked it to make sure he got our requests right and into the kitchen in a timely manner.

Not only did he do those things, he checked in on us to see how we liked our meal and if we needed anything.

I've been here for lunch 3 times in the past few weeks.

The food is very good as always.

The service the past few times has been very slow, one of the people at my table was served iced tea and the glass had an obvious crack in it, and I've been handed the wrong check.

Overall it seems there is a lot of very new and inexperienced staff. It has been taking between 1-1.5 hours to have lunch.

We ordered a chicken salad and were served with extremely cold chicken out of fridge or freezer that we could not eat. This place must be having issues in their kitchen. The blackened snapper was also served without the side and on a dirty plate. Had to wait 55 min for our order. Will never come back here

The steak felt like it was frozen… I just wasn’t impressed by the food here.

Ordered the ribs they looked good but was completely raw. The server was great and took it back to the manager. Got the burger instead it was good. My biggest problem is I never once seen or spoke to the manager that is the worst thing I have ever seen.

Second to none!

We're locals and though the food is pretty good, expect some additional unexpected and unadvertised additional charges. All sauces do have an additional charge. Adding a salad to your meal is not discounted. My suggestion is to ask if there will be an additional charge since the wait staff will not offer the information.

Wow, paying $500 to a restaurant to then get kick out for drinking is crazy. For a very bad restaurant with very bad management and wait statf is very unacceptable. We came from a make a wish fundraiser and was met with disrespect was unacceptable. I will not come back here nor will no one else I know,. Lucky I gave a tip. Been here 47 years, my voice will be heard

Great food but actually the sides are the most memorable to me - I wish I could buy a whole pan of the carrot souffle. Good Wyoming atmosphere, service has always been prompt and attentive, beer selection is decent enough. It's my go-to spot to take out of town friends.

The food, service, and atmosphere are always amazing. I do wish they sold wyoming beef/bison. I had an appetizer and burger and spent over $50.
