Came in for lunch right at noon on a Friday, was starting to get real busy. Mostly a single guy carrying the show, Chauncey. He was amazing, friendly, and professional. He took care of everyone. There was another man around helping with a few drinks here and there, but mostly just Chauncey. I hope they really do get extra help next week.
I ordered the soup of the day, Gazpacho, a cold vegetable based soup with some spice-kick. I loved it. Recommend.
Ordered the Patty Melt with coleslaw, delicious, wish they gave you two thousand island dipping sides or a slightly larger single one, otherwise great overall. Cooked perfectly, great combination of ingredients, bread was soft. Coleslaw was a good middle ground slaw. Also ordered a coke, comes in a can, Chauncey provided a glass with ice, as well as a water glass for me. Kept it good the whole time. He does a lot!
Great lunch, highly recommend (get the soup!). Left a 30%+ tip, he deserved it! Good indoor seating area, they do breakfast, lunch, and dinner here. Excellent outdoor seating area as well, great place to be!

Food was amazing as well. Not a resident of this state, but have saved this location as a future return place.
I can't tell you how much I love this place. Tired from a night of camping? Actually at your campsite in Medicine Bow, and you want dinner 30 min away? Centennial itself is such a neat little place, and the Bear Bottom is it's centerpiece. Live music, fun people- never had a bad time there. The food is what you should expect for a place at the end of the supply chain, but it's made and served with love and you'll probably be so hungry when you get it it'll be the best meal of your life. See you there!

Great area outside with picnic tables that is dog friendly. A snap stage with a band shell. Food was decent bar food. No complaints at all.

Came here for breakfast after camping in the mountains. The food was amazing! We definitely got our money’s worth! Our waitress, Susan, was a great host, super sweet, attending, and funny. There was also a gentleman, I think he worked there, that was so nice to us as well. We had a trash bag of trash from our camping trip and they were generous enough to take it off our hands and throw it away for us because we were having trouble figuring out what to do with it. It was my first time visiting Wyoming and I know my experience at the Bear Bottom Bar and Grill will not be forgotten! We all had a lovely time and we left fat and happy from our big breakfast!

The place itself was nice, my buddies and I went hiking and were starving when we got there. Unfortunately, the food was just okay. A single patty burger was 16 bucks, which I could understand if it had good flavor or was in some way really good, but these just tasted like patties that had a little bit of seasoning. I wouldn't recommend, everything is super expensive. The service was fast and good at least.
