Absolutely incredible service, we felt so welcomed after finishing a trip in the Snowies!
Took forever to get our food and check, waitress with short black hair had a attitude and took a long time to serve us or give any attention. Food was alright. Do not come here

Horrible service, the servers both were very unfriendly and acting as if my party of 5 was a burden. It was mostly extreme rudeness from the lady with short black hair (Christine). As an entrepreneur myself I would fire this lady right away. She will destroy this establishment.
Horrible service. I have never felt so unwelcomed before in my life. Christine with the short black hair was incredibly rude and the other lady there wasn’t exactly helpful or pleasant either… so unfortunate because the food looked good but we felt so uncomfortable. The table next to us leaned over as we were leaving telling us how rude this Christine was to them too. Will not be supporting a place where the staff makes you feel like a burden..sad
It wasnt even busy…

Waitress with short black hair was grumpy and short with us. Ordered our food waited an hour and a half just for her to come back say she lost our ticket and they weren’t serving breakfast anymore, went across the street to the bear bottom grill and had a much better experience save yourself the time.

We stopped here yesterday for lunch on our way to Saratoga. The place was very busy but they found us a table. I had the Spicy Guy burger and my husband had the Popper burger. We had to wait longer than I like but it was really worth it. The burgers were both Excellent.... it was well worth the wait..... I HIGHLY Recommend them....🥰🤠💯

Wonderful eats, bar, and even better hospitality!! The great folks at the Post are the biggest reason for our return trips to Centennial.
We had the lady with short black hair serve us for breakfast. She was so rude and acted like she didn’t even wanna be here. Food took an hour to get here with only a few tables here. Our sunny side up eggs came cold. My hash browns were cold and whenever we asked for some orange juice she gave us a look like we asked for her to give us her leg. Maybe nighttime servers are better but would not recommend for breakfast

Maybe the night crew is better . Had the same experience with the lady with shirt black hair. Party of 2 ordered a English muffin 1 egg and hash browns. Wait 40 minutes and still no food. Not even hey we're extremely short handed . Sorry for the wait . Nothing

Came here for a family get-together Friday night, had a reserved table for us. They don't have enough help at The Post to accommodate large groups.
I say that because after we ordered, it took a solid 90+ minutes to receive food for anyone at the table. I ordered a grilled cheese on sourdough with swiss cheese and a side of potato salad with two lemonades.
I was one of the last people in the group to receive food, my grilled cheese wasn't even grilled! It was lightly cooked, the cheese was barely melted, but the potato salad was really good.
There was 1 lady working all of the tables including ours - our group was 12-16 people.
It was slow to get drinks and food, she tried the best she could, I can't explain why it took so long to get food out. My uncles said the burgers are best.

We drove an hour to come to The Post. A lady with short black hair was extremely rude. She made it clear she didn’t have time for us and to go somewhere else. She said it would take her 20 min to clear a table and would take her 45 min to seat us. She only had 4 other tables. We left, horrible service.

Stellar burgers. Local beef tasted great. Black Bean soup hit the spot while out camping in a cold night.
I will drive from Laramie to Trading Post just to have lunch and then drive home. The menu is superb and my favorite, the gyro, is now available year round. Staff are very polite and friendly and prices are more than reasonable.
